War on the Saints is Jessie Penn-Lewis's masterwork, wherein she outlines the occurrences of Satan within the Christian world, and the eternal battle between good and evil. Penn details the idea that Christians could equip their soul to defeat and extinguish evil in others by demonstrating the true virtues of Jesus Christ as the savior of man.
